Alsager One World Event 2011
The Alsager One World event was held this year at Alsager School and organised for a second successful year by Alsager Ladies Circle.
During the day musical performances were given by Alsager Youth Theatre and pupils from St Gabriel’s, Rode Heath, Highfields, Cranberry, Pikemere and Excalibur Schools as well as the Can’t Sing Choir.
Craft and performance workshops took place throughout the morning in classrooms and art and cooking displays by Alsager residents with connections to countries around the world filled the hall. As a new addition this year sports workshops were held in Volleyball and Squash and the morning ended with School Olympics.
