Bruce MP chairs annual Alcoholics Anonymous meeting in Parliament
Fiona
Bruce MP, Chair of the APPG on Alcohol Harm, hosted a gathering of volunteers
of Alcoholics Anonymous in Parliament last week. The meeting was also attend by
Weaver Vale MP, Graham Evans.
Fiona Bruce said “It
was heartening to hear of the care and support AA volunteers give to the many
local groups across the country and of how effective their work is in helping
people overcome the challenges alcohol can pose.”
